All you have to do is to open the daily email, click on the lesson for the day and follow along as I guide you through an activity which allows you to direct your focus to the present moment.

Mindfulness is a form of focus practice. It enables you to become consciously aware in your life, so you can reduce rumination about the past, forecasting doom and gloom in the future.  Mindfulness is a powerful tool to:

Mindfulness can slow down your brain waves from a beta brain wave state to an alpha brain wave state. A beta brain wave state is a state of alertness and engagement. This bespoke one-on-one coaching program provides a proven framework to create lasting change and outstanding results.

Sessions are provided via Zoom.

Structure:
12 sessions delivered weekly or biweekly in order to maintain focus and build momentum to nurture new ways of thinking.

The Process includes:

  • Pre-coaching briefing discussion with management and coaching client (if required)
  • Sign coaching agreement to commitment to the Program
  • Complete Client Intake Form to guide the coaching
  • Complete pre-coaching checklist
  • Session 1: Develop up to three specific goals & measures for series
  • Session 2: Strategy development
  • Session 3: Develop initial actions for each goal
  • Sessions 4 to 11: Work through strategies & actions for each goal negotiating barriers & spring boarding off insights to achieve goals.
  • Following session 6 & 11 – Completion of mid & post coaching checklists
  • Session 12: Review process & outcomes

Week 1: Increasing Awareness with Kindness

Week 1 is all about raising awareness through the lens of kindness – sometimes we are kind to everyone else but ourselves. We will explore what emotions actually are & we will shine a light on some of the habits of thinking & feeling which have been running your life (for better or worse!).  Awareness changes everything.

Sometimes you can get thrown off balance in life, and when this happens, it is essential to have the key resilience building tools to get you back on track fast.  You will see how resilient you currently are & you will create your own resilience model based on how your brain is wired.

Week 4: Completion & Acknowledgement

Week 4 provides key  ingredients to make the new learnings stick.  We will do a deep dive into reviewing your key insights so we can gather all the learnings to embed them into your future so you can create an even more harmonious life

High Performing Teams Program

Without skills to build emotional fitness and relationships, team members can end up becoming unnecessarily anxious, overwhelmed and increasingly unproductive.  Relationships can begin to be strained.

This is not the formula for success in business.  Team members need to be able to mobilise to support each other and themselves.

STRUCTURE:

This program includes 5 x face to face 120 minute workshops and daily integration activities. Timing of workshops is negotiable.

 A coaching approach is used to deliver workshops.  This means participants will be asked to actively & honestly engaged in self-reflective thinking about themselves and their results.  Stephanie uses simple models based on neuroscience research for greatest impact.
